Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are despatched within 24-48 working hours of ordering. `During busy times such as Christmas personalised items may take a little longer - 2-3 days from day of ordering. We use Royal Mail for all of our standard shipping so times may vary due to their services in your area. We also offer a delivery upgrade to 1st class post and express delivery using a tracked courier for an additional fee.

International orders can take 2-6 weeks depending on where you are in the world. Please check the Royal Mail website or contact us for an estimate if you require.
Return & Exchange Policy
We have a no quibble return policy for non personalised items. Simply return the item to us in it's original resalable condition and original packaging for a full refund to your original payment method. Personalised items are not able to be refunded due to the custom nature of them item. In the rare event that we should make a mistake with your item we will happily put this right and post out a corrected item to you as a matter of urgency. Should this happen, please send us a picture of the error within 7 days of receiving your item to allow us to move swiftly and put this right for you.
Please note that if you are to make a mistake on your item, we are unable to replace the item and you will need to reorder a new item, therefore please check all spelling / case / product selections etc... carefully to avoid any disappointment. We transfer your personalisation data directly from your order and do not check your selections for spelling errors, grammatical errors etc... so please ensure all of your selections are correct before checking out as personalised and made to order products are exempt from returns and unable to be cancelled once placed.
